This company is the absolute worst

The clothes do not fit and they will not offer a refund if the product is opened. How can I possibly know whether or not they fit if I am not allowed to open the item. Also, they give different answers at different times regarding what they do and do not allow. I feel absolutely cheated and I've wasted over $160 dollars.

Sleeves are way too short!

I got a size large. It is not as oversized as a thought, but still a good fit EXCEPT for the sleeve length! The sleeves are the length of a 3/4 sleeve on me (and I do not even have long arms). However, I really like the fabric and general construction of the pullover. It would have been perfect if the sleeve length was normal/correct.
