COTTONIQUE SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

All orders are fulfilled through our trusted 3PL partner, ShipMonk, where each item is carefully packed and shipped to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

Each regional store is served by a local ShipMonk fulfillment center to ensure faster delivery and reduced shipping costs.


Shipping Policy (United States – Cottonique.com)

Orders placed on Cottonique.com are fulfilled by ShipMonk USA.

Shipping Rates:

  • Free Shipping: Orders over USD $100 (after discounts and before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: Orders below USD $100 will incur a flat rate shipping fee of $8.

Delivery Time:
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Policy (United Kingdom – Cottonique.co.uk)

Orders placed on Cottonique.co.uk are fulfilled by ShipMonk UK.

Shipping Rates:

  • Free Shipping: Orders over £100 qualify for free standard shipping within the United Kingdom.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: Orders below £100 will incur a flat shipping fee of £8.

Delivery Time:
Standard delivery across the UK typically takes 2–5 business days. Expedited and tracked options may be available at checkout.

Tracking:
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Policy (Canada – Cottonique.ca)

Orders placed on Cottonique.ca are fulfilled by ShipMonk Canada.

Shipping Rates:

  • Free Shipping: Orders over CA$100 qualify for free standard shipping within Canada.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: Orders below CA$100 will incur a CA$10 shipping fee.

Delivery Time:
Standard delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days depending on your province. Remote areas may experience slightly longer transit times.

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for updates to appear.


Shipping Policy (European Union – Cottonique.eu)

Orders placed on Cottonique.eu will soon be fulfilled by our upcoming ShipMonk facility in the Czech Republic (TBA).

Shipping Rates:

  • Free Shipping: Orders over €100 qualify for free standard shipping within the European Union.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: Orders below €100 will incur a flat rate shipping fee of €8.

Delivery Time:
Standard delivery across the EU typically takes 4–8 business days depending on your country. Delivery times may vary depending on customs and local postal services.

Tracking:
Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has shipped.


International Orders & MCS Customers

For customers with Multiple Chemical Sensitivities (MCS), Cottonique offers an optional re-routing service to our Philippines controlled facility.
This facility operates under strict chemical-free conditions to ensure that your garments are handled and packed in the cleanest possible environment.

Important Notes:

  • Customers who opt for re-routing are responsible for covering all customs duties, import taxes, and associated fees.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance process.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
Once processing begins, we may not be able to make changes.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to us immediately so we can assist you.
