Unfortunately this top did not fit right on me. The cut of the top was odd, the length was okay but the shoulders and arm sleeves were off, a terrible fit. I’m 5’9” and 130 pounds and haven’t ever experienced such a poor fitting shirt before this one. I have other all cotton tops that fit well. Customer service was friendly and helpful when I asked to exchange (but can only get a credit if package has been opened per their policy) so I shipped the top back and got the men’s long sleeve top instead which fits perfectly. To me, the scoop neck of the women’s top was ill fitting, the men’s with the crew neck fits as a top should. Please note, items arrive in a sealed package that you cannot see your item in, so you must cut the top of the packaging to open to see your item at all. Well, once you do that you cannot exchange or get a refund. Only store credit. Which makes it impossible to exchange an item for an item that doesn’t work for you. Plus I had to pay the shipping fee to Canada on top of that which is outrageously expensive, it costs as much as the top in Canadian dollars. Although I won’t be back to order from the website again, please do something about your return and exchange policies, you are setting customers up to make it so they either have to keep your items if they opened the package or for them to pay high shipping fees to return to you and then they have to use their credit to rebuy something so they didn’t “waste” their money (although they get to put out more money on shipping again!) Please do not waste your money or your time on this item.
