Drawstring is the key

Pure cotton with a drawstring is hard to find. I cannot tolerate a tight band around my waist. Only issue I have with the drawstring on these boxers is that it’s a tad narrow, and has more of a cord profile than a flat profile, which means it digs in a bit. Otherwise the fit is good. And the various certifications eg GOTS = clean and healthy. Though, I was surprised by the chemical stink coming out of the package when first opened

Great product if only they had the QA to match

I bought a few pairs of these and loved those first pairs. But as I've bought more pairs I've seen many issues with consistency: two pairs had a fly button positioned so that my junk is constantly hanging out. Another several pairs were far too small around the legs even though I've only ever ordered one size. Those pairs also had the drawstring stitched differently than the others: for those pairs, the drawstring was sandwiched between two stitch lines, while the pairs that I've liked had the drawstring in the pocket above two stitch lines. The good pairs of these are the best underwear I've ever owned. But the bad pairs are unwearable.
