Limit Per Customer
Pre-orders are limited to 2 products per person. This is to ensure fair access to all customers and to prevent any one customer from buying up all the available stock.
Pre-orders are the Final Sale
All pre-orders are final sale and non-refundable. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
Estimated Shipping Timeline
You should expect your pre-ordered items to ship between the last week of December and the first week of January. However, should your order/s become available, we will ship it earlier than the estimated timeframe.
While we aim to meet these timelines, we are committed to keeping you informed if any unforeseen delays occur.

Steps for Pre-Ordering an Out-of-Stock Item
This seamless process ensures you stay informed every step of the way. Thank you for pre-ordering!
1. Identify Out-of-Stock Items
Items marked as “Out of Stock” will have the "Buy Now" button replaced with a "Pre-Order" button on the product page.
2. Click the "Pre-Order" Button
Select the item’s size, color, or other variations (if applicable), and click the "Pre-Order" button to proceed.
3. Review Your Cart
Confirm the pre-ordered item(s) in your cart. The product will be labeled as “Pre-Order” to differentiate it from in-stock items.
4. Complete Checkout
Fill in your shipping and payment details, then confirm your order. Pre-orders require full payment to secure your item.
5. Receive Confirmation
You will receive an SMS and email confirmation with your pre-order details and the estimated shipping timeline (the last week of December to the first week of January).
6. Wait for Updates
We’ll notify you via SMS and email once your pre-ordered item has shipped, including a tracking number for your package.
