I ordered an XL arm warmer - not even my granddaughter can get her arm in them. The company refused to refund the money. Although an average XL arm is >7-8 inches. They believe that 3" with stretching is sufficient. Do not buy from them worst customer service, rude, and uncooperative. Wasted $35 on product I will never use. Their offer was for me to pay return shipping, deduct restocking fee and only get store credit for the rest. Not worth it. I will never buy fro mthem again so why would I want store credit for bad products.

I love Cottonique! Everything I have purchase from this company is very nicely made with quality organic cotton. I purchased the sleeves for my 92 years young Mother and 95 years young Aunt!
