I lucked out - these shorts fit

I have purchased dozens of Cottonique items over the years. You just never know what you're going to get or whether the product will fit. But I lucked out with these shorts, as they fit me perfectly and are exactly what I wanted and needed.

I happen to be 6'2" tall, so these oddly long shorts fit. And the material is soft and comfortable. Like others have said, the tie string is rather thick, but it's strong and will last.

To clarify something I said above, when you buy a clothing item from Cottonique you just never know if it's oddly cut or what. For example, the odd neck on the men's thermal long sleeve shirt. Where do they get their designs from? So strange imo.

Anyway, since I am sensitive to most fabrics, I will continue buying Cottonique and have to choose from their limited selections. I wish they'd try "normal" cuts rather than their odd cuts, but I appreciate the cotton. It's sort of the same as eating for health rather than taste. I bought 3 pairs of these shorts and again, I lucked out, as they fit and feel nice.

Btw I machine wash on gentle and line dry. Never dry any Cottonique item in the dryer or they'll shrink substantially.

Cotton Shorts - Too Slippery / Thin

I was hoping for shorts made of a substantial material but instead these feel slippery and thin. I won't be buying a second pair.

On my origional orders I bought total of 8 !!vw

I bought 8,,mens drawstring lounge shorts,,in blue. The draw strings were made of same material as shorts and I love them!! Just bought 5pair in white,,mens drawstring lounge shorts,,& I hate them. Canvas drawstring shrinks horribly !!vw

not organic cotton

something is wrong with cottonique's organic cotton production. the natural cotton still feels irritating to the skin. not sure what exactly the issue is. could be using the same sewing machines that sew the polyester blends. could be the plastic packaging that is used to send out the product. could be the cotton itself, still spraying chemicals on the cotton just as the 'USDA Organic' is still allowed to use

Soft but odd shape, legs tight

These were purchased because of allergies to polyester. The waist is rather large and the legs are tight and the person isn’t a large man. They are good for skin allergies.
