We often need undergarments with elastics to hold them up and provide support, but even the smallest traces of latex or elastane can trigger an irritation or worse. This is why we created an elasticized boxer brief without any latex or elastane that causes allergies or irritation.

Our hypoallergenic elastic in the waistband and leg opening, wrapped in the same 100% chemical-free organic cotton fabric, makes this boxer allergy-free. Elasticized Boxer Brief

These boxer briefs have an elastic waist so they lay more flat than briefs with a drawstring... good for under clothing items that are such that a drawstring would show. They run very small and they have a low waist, IMO they are cut just a bit too low in the waist. They are made from all cotton, and are spandex free so they are comfortable. Compared to Cottonique's drawstring boxers for women, these elasticized boxer briefs run very small, while the drawstring boxers run quite large. These elasticized boxer briefs have a lower waist than the drawstring boxers. These elasticized boxer briefs have a flattering slim fit cut, better for wearing under slim fit clothing or clothing made of lightweight fabric; while the drawstring boxers have a relaxed cut, good for optimal comfort.

Soft and Comfortable

These boxers are made from 1x1 rib cotton rather than the single jersey cotton that women' briefs and boy briefs are made from. I like how smooth the single jersey cotton is so wasn't sure I'd like these boxers as much as the boy briefs, however the 1x1 rib cotton is very soft and the texture subtle. The fabric is very comfortable. I found the boy briefs less low rise than they appear in the online photo, the rise in those seems more medium than low. I like the fit of the boy briefs. These boxers are as low rise as they appear in the photo. The fit is flattering, and with the elastic waist they lay flat so they are good for wearing under clothing that would show a drawstring waist. I'm pleased with these boxers.

Fit issue for me

Hi, I’ve love this brand and everything I have from them is perfect. However, these panties did not fit me properly. A size 6 was too large in the body, but fit in the leg, a size 5 fit in the body, but the stitching was too tight on my legs. And I think my legs are fairly slim. I was really disappointed as a boy short is the type of panty I always wear and was so happy to see that Cottonique had the style.

Conditions: I am allergic to lots of elastics and even to bandages if ever used. Your cotton pants are very neutral.

There is no such thing as true to size!! We are women. What I got is pretty darn good. So I am saying true to size. I don't have much of a waistline but it could be a tad tighter.

Just Right

I have never worn boxer briefs before, and I was a little concerned they would feel bulky underneath my clothing. These are very light and are form-fitting without being too tight. I wear them under jeans and leggings comfortably. Also, they did not shrink after being washed in hot water and put through medium setting in the dryer.
