I own two of these ribbed shirts and I wear them as PJ tops and also under sweaters. Very soft, very well-made, would definitely recommend for other sensitive skin folks!

Not a good fit in shoulders/arms

Unfortunately this top did not fit right on me. The cut of the top was odd, the length was okay but the shoulders and arm sleeves were off, a terrible fit. I’m 5’9” and 130 pounds and haven’t ever experienced such a poor fitting shirt before this one. I have other all cotton tops that fit well. Customer service was friendly and helpful when I asked to exchange (but can only get a credit if package has been opened per their policy) so I shipped the top back and got the men’s long sleeve top instead which fits perfectly. To me, the scoop neck of the women’s top was ill fitting, the men’s with the crew neck fits as a top should. Please note, items arrive in a sealed package that you cannot see your item in, so you must cut the top of the packaging to open to see your item at all. Well, once you do that you cannot exchange or get a refund. Only store credit. Which makes it impossible to exchange an item for an item that doesn’t work for you. Plus I had to pay the shipping fee to Canada on top of that which is outrageously expensive, it costs as much as the top in Canadian dollars. Although I won’t be back to order from the website again, please do something about your return and exchange policies, you are setting customers up to make it so they either have to keep your items if they opened the package or for them to pay high shipping fees to return to you and then they have to use their credit to rebuy something so they didn’t “waste” their money (although they get to put out more money on shipping again!) Please do not waste your money or your time on this item.

Great could be Greatest

I love the black top! I am 5’10”, 130 lbs, ordered size 6. I need about 3” in arm sleeve and body length and this would be the a 5 star!

Nice contour fit and great medium weight fabric.

What are the seams like inside? I have problems with rough feeling edges. I change tops halfway through the day so seams rub in different places. Or I have to wear stuff inside out.

Hello Linda! For our Natural colored items, we use 100% cotton thread to sew the stitching.

For our colored items, we use premium quality core spun thread to sew the stitching that combines a high-tenacity polyester filament core with a natural cotton cover. It is a cotton-wrapped polyester core thread.

Considering there’s no spandex I assume the construction provides little flexibility. I see the pictures of your models have cup sizes are C and up. Will this shirt fit an A cup at size 5 or 4 weight 127lb? Thx.

Since our products are 100% organic cotton, sizes fit differently compared to "regular items with stretch". Our sizes would depend on your actual measurements. You may be wearing a specific size using a regular product but it may not be the same if you wear a Cottonique item due to limitations in elasticity. This is why we recommend that our customers get their measurements in inches (bust in inches for women's tops), refer to our size guide for the available sizes, and also to order a size larger to allow for 5% shrinkage.
Though some order according to their size if they want it fit/snug, but others order a size larger from their actual measurement if they'd want it a bit loose.
