Beautiful Soft Color PulloverBut…….

I love the color and soft cotton fabric however I noticed the sleeves were unusually short. I washed on gentle in cold water but nevertheless the short sleeves shortened even more. The shirt is in my closet and will be used just to wear at home.

This company is the absolute worst

The clothes do not fit and they will not offer a refund if the product is opened. How can I possibly know whether or not they fit if I am not allowed to open the item. Also, they give different answers at different times regarding what they do and do not allow. I feel absolutely cheated and I've wasted over $160 dollars.

Sleeves are way too short!

I got a size large. It is not as oversized as a thought, but still a good fit EXCEPT for the sleeve length! The sleeves are the length of a 3/4 sleeve on me (and I do not even have long arms). However, I really like the fabric and general construction of the pullover. It would have been perfect if the sleeve length was normal/correct.
